Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • You received the wrong item

    • You received a damaged or defective item

    • Your order could not be delivered due to stock unavailability

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).

  • It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order details along with photos of the item (if applicable).

  3. Once verified, we will initiate the refund or guide you through the return process.
